Sherri from Scrapbook Barn will be our onsite store during the event
Will get details to contact Sherri to make any prepurchase arrangements for any goodies you want her to have at the retreat. Also, she has been known to have some pretty great scrapping clothes. Will definately get you more info once you register.
Electric will be available-please make sure to bring multi plug devices and extension cords

Garage Sale only tables are 6ft and limited. You will have 1 chair and 1 table. No additional tables may be utilized in this area. All items must be contained on top of your table. This is reserved for garage sale sellers only. Due to configuration max of 2 tables can be purchased.
8x8 Booth space will now include an additional 8x2 area to set up chairs or have as a personnel walkway. This allows your 8x8 booth to be totally product. This space is considered a walkway and may not have product in it. The booths are designed to have people walk into the booth not around the booth. Each 8x8 Booth will have 1 draped 6x30 table and 2 chairs included. Your booth will be taped off. Feel free to bring gridwall to section off and display items in your booth area. You may bring your own additional tables. If you would like additional tables the hotel fee inclusive of tax is $32. We have limited electric available and is on first come first serve and is $25.
If you register for a booth or table you are REQUIRED to stay set up until 3pm to avoid a fine.
Last event we had over 300 people walk through and it was the day before Easter. This time we will have a crop going on in a another room as well.
Please note vendors representing a specific company are limited to 1 per company ie:CTMH, SU, Creative Memories,31 Gifts etc. Please check with Artsy Adventures prior to signing up. You will receive a notification via, text,email or facebook confirming your exclusivity to the event. We will hold that exclusivity for 48 hours to give you time to go online and register.

Now that the Brick and Mortar location is closed we will get back to the basics. Beginning in 2012 we will go back to doing special events such as retreats, classes and Kokuyo sales. You can contact me for any special order requests at anytime. If I am unable to get it I can help you locate the product.
